We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable growth and strong ROI.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance.
Optimize campaigns for click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and cost efficiency (CPA/ROAS).
Develop remarketing strategies and implement tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel.
Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to align visuals and copy with campaign goals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
